Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. It is strongly recommended that after burning of four hours, candles be extinguished, allowed to cool for two hours at-least, and trimmed¼ inches before relighting.

Unscented candles burn more quickly than scented candles. Candles are a convenient way of providing light and heat when no electricity is available. They are normally made from paraffin wax with a wick in the middle.

Millions of people around the world regularly use scented candles without any negative effects, it might be possible that a particular fragrance might trigger a negative reaction in sensitive people. We recommend sensitive people to avoid those specific fragrances It is always recommended that, consumers should light all candles, whether scented or unscented, in a well-ventilated area.

We use 100% natural, non-GMO soy wax along with Eco wick (cotton flat braid wick with paper filament) and then the right choice of plant-based essential oil with rich fruity and floral fragrances which mostly not create any bad impact on health. We do not use artificial ingredients, allowing for the natural benefits of the Candroma aromatherapy candles.

Please note that Mostly scented candles contain paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum, coal, or shale oil. When it’s burnt, paraffin wax releases toxic compounds into the air, including acetone, benzene, and toluene Which is not goo for health.

There is no minimum order quantity for Candroma candle.

For Make your Own Candle, we need at least 10 to 15 working days after the approval of orders. However, the ready-made candle may deliver in 5 to 7 working days. The customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the time of completion of an order.

Note: Shipment time and cost may vary, depending upon the shipping place and Courier Service Schedule.

Urgent orders may be accepted, with a 15% extra fee.

In custom design candle, customer can mention all of their requirements in description/note area.

Customer is required to ensure the following compliance

• Customer must report it at info@shaz.printsondemand.cawithin 3 business days along with a detailed photo to process a claim.
• Candle is responsible to return the defective candle to ShazOnline within 20 to 30 days. After that claim will be null and void.  Once we receive the defective product, we will issue a refund.
• Candles must not be in the burned condition
